The exquisite sunsets, beautiful lake frontage and pleasing gardens complement the extraordinary grandeur of this spacious six bedroom and six bath estate located on the south shore of Green Lake at the entrance of the elite Emerald Shores area.
This spacious lake home offers generous room for large family gatherings, family reunions, a ladies retreat, golf outings or a multi-couple getaway. The living room with high 21 foot ceiling and wet bar is ideal for relaxing and conversing while enjoying an incredible lake view. Adjacent to the living room is a wide, open concept kitchen with breakfast nook. Travel outside to have your early morning coffee and listen to the birds from the the wood deck, or victorian style front wrap around porch.
The screened in gazebo is a great location for a bit of privacy, watching the fun on the waterfront, taking an afternoon nap while listening to the waves caress the shoreline. In the evenings settle in with a glass of wine and enjoy the sunset from the double level gazebo.
An inviting parlor room, den/office, and large family gathering area provide great opportunities for family activities such as pool, ping pong, and a variety of board games creating options for virtually everyone in the group.
The Cherry hardwood floors lead you upstairs to an open foyer and six bedrooms and six bathrooms.
The lavish master suite features a private and relaxing sitting area with panoramic lake views, private balcony, plus spacious master bath with luxurious whirl-pool bath and step in shower.
The second bedroom has vaulted ceilings, an attach bath with Italian ceramic floors and whirlpool bath.
Bedrooms 3, 4 also located on the upper level have adjacent bathrooms for guest privacy.
The lower level begins with a magnificent family room with beautiful lake views, a den with pullout couch and private sitting area, two additional bathrooms, and bedroom number six.
A large laundry room with a large washer, dryer and a place to dry your swimsuits and wet lake towels a great space to transform from swim wear to casual wear.
The estate comfortably sleeps 18-20 people.
Kitchen and Dining room Area
A large kitchen with Cherry hardwood flooring, center island and breakfast nook with table for six overlooking the lake makes for a comfortable area for family gatherings at any time of day. You won't miss out on any fun while in the open concept kitchen as it overlooks the livingroom, game area, and lake.
Large Living room with views of the Lake
The large livingroom with views of the lake and lots of bench seating along the fireplace wall make this room a favortie gathering space. Open views to the lake, billiards game area and kitchen keep everyone in the group involved in the activities.
Relaxing Gazebo
Step away from the group, listen to the waves caress the shoreline and relax with a great book during your vacation on the screened in Gazebo while overlooking the lake all at the same time.
Master Bedroom and Master Bath
The extraordinary master bedroom with vaulted ceilings and sitting area with panoramic views of the lake makes for a relaxing area to rest after a sunny day on the lake. Soak in the whilpool tub located in the large master bath before retiring for the night.

The estate includes a fully furnished kitchen with cooking essentials, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, pots and pans, dishes, flatware and cooking utensils. Livingroom and lowersitting areas with color TV's, cable, and DVD players. Free wireless internet access.
Extra sleeping accommodations are available in both the upper and lower level (hide-a-beds) for additional guests.
The estate has central heat and air conditioning, ceiling fans and a large laundry room with washer and dryer.
Six bathrooms with guest towels. All bed linens are provided.
An outdoor Weber charcoal barbecue grill is available on the property. Chaise lounges and outdoor seating is provided for the gazabo, upper balcony and lower patio.
Property Features
Five Gables Victorian Estate has over 100 feet of level lake frontage and a large yard with manicured lawns, shade trees, and an open shoreline.
A private pier with ladder and waterside bench overlooking the lake is provided. The shore line area has a weed free bottom for swimming or fishing. Water level begins at approximately two feet at shoreline and is approximately 6 - 8 feet deep at end of pier. Excellent swimming area for children and adults alike.
Shorestation and lift available off private pier for boats 4000 lbs. or less.
